Setting up your own guest domain

Setup

1. Choose an unused subdomain for your property and enter it without a protocol, port or path.
2. Have the displayed TXT and CNAME records set at your DNS provider.
3. Set up HTTPS access together with support.
4. Run Verify and use. The domain becomes active only after successful DNS, certificate and mapping checks.
5. Check new guest links and mailing images with a controlled test.

What changes

Supported offer, browser-view, subscription and mailing links, as well as StaySend mailing images, can use the active guest domain. Previously active domains remain accessible as aliases after a switch unless blocked.

The sender domain and its email authentication are configured separately. Login, administration, PMS and the widget retain their own access rules. External images and payment pages are not automatically served through your domain.
