Current notification scope
Browser notifications are initially intended for the separate first-party test chat in desktop Chromium. They require separate activation and explicit browser permission after a click. Standard website embeds and iOS are not generally approved as supported.
Resuming a conversation
Within a valid session, the chat uses the associated history and travel details. After a connection problem, wait for recovery first. If the session has expired or cannot be restored, a new session may be necessary.
Starting a new travel request
New request can reset the travel context in the conversation. Start new chat begins a new chat session. Use a new chat when another guest uses the same device. Manage notification permissions in your browser’s website settings as well.
